All purchases are prepaid via WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, or Wise, and details of the service/product purchased are provided on the respective product page.

• Supply any access credentials (e.g., website login) necessary for implementation.

• All payments are processed in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods include WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
• You agree to pay all amounts due for purchased services/products.

4. Refund Policy

At TenGapSales.com, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

• You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• During the 14-day guarantee period, we may conduct meetings, onboarding calls, and strategy discussions. However, no major execution work (such as design, development, or campaign launch) will begin until after the guarantee period ends, unless you provide written consent to waive your refund eligibility.
• After 14 days, all sales are considered final unless they fall under the exceptions below.

Exceptions
Refunds may also be granted if:

• Duplicate payment – you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Technical or processing error – a Stripe, WooCommerce, or payment gateway issue caused an incorrect charge.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction – if reported, investigated, and verified.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service/product description and determined its suitability for your business needs.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive rights to the deliverables associated with your purchase.
• The Company retains the right to showcase any work completed as part of the purchase in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Warranty and Liability

• TenGapSales.com strives to provide high-quality services/products but does not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of purchased services/products.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services/products in the event of a breach of these Terms. Clients remain responsible for payment for all services/products already purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
